Are Smaller Corporate Housing Providers Missing Out On Potential Markets?

For those smaller ‘mom-and-pop’ property owners who are providing their furnished home, all-inclusive condo, and/or furnished apartment to business travelers, you are already off to a profitable start. However, as a corporate housing provider, have you considered tapping into other target audiences to fill your upcoming vacancies?

Most of the larger corporate housing companies are well aware of the existence of these various sub-markets of prospects from which to choose. In fact, they have sales forces specifically targeting, and selling to, them on a daily basis. However, most smaller providers of corporate housing don’t have the resources (or time!) to market to these audiences. Step in The Corporate Housing NetworkTCHNetwork.com is already increasing the profits of countless smaller corporate housing companies because of our relationship-driven business model with so many of these markets.

Do not get me wrong, business travelers who are on extended assignments are a clear win; however, often (and especially for the smaller corporate housing providers) this market is a hard one to capture. Most larger consulting firms either already have preferred, pre-approved providers from which they choose (making it beyond challenging to get your foot in the door). Or, they place the Project Manager in charge of solidifying the housing arrangements for the group. And, identifying these Project Managers is more challenging than finding a needle in a haystack (if you’ve tried, you know what I mean!).

Most of our Members already know that we are connected with The Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM), and The Employee Relocation Council (ERC), but as important is our networking, relationships, and effective marketing to members of the armed forces, families of medical patients in extended treatment, divorcees, displaced homeowners, traveling nurses, Catastrophe Teams, and the government. Believe us, these are connections your bottom line can not live without. If you’re not already a Member of www.TCHNetwork.com, please try us out for 2 weeks and see if we’re a match for your property!
