Spending time with her four young children & husband, running, skimming recipe books, cooking, watching just about any show on The Food Network, snuggling with her children, beaching it, and happy hours with friends. More than anything, Kat is borderline obsessed with children from around the globe, and learning about new people — especially new cultures. Sometimes she’s embarrassed to admit she has been blessed enough to have circumnavigate the globe on a ship, briefly living in 10 countries: Venezuela, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, and Japan.
